There are certain places in the world that feel like they were created for reflection, healing, and awe. Bhutan is one of them.

Tucked high in the Himalayas, this extraordinary country is known for its snow-capped mountains, peaceful monasteries, and warm-hearted people. It’s a land where spirituality is woven into daily life, and where beauty—both natural and cultural—touches the soul.

This year, I’m thrilled to invite you to join me for an unforgettable yoga retreat in Bhutan. Together, we’ll immerse ourselves in the country’s healing energy while deepening our practice in one of the most breathtaking settings on Earth.

Why Bhutan?

Bhutan is often called “The Last Shangri-La,” and for good reason. With its pristine landscapes and strong cultural traditions, it offers a rare opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and step away from the noise of everyday life. Imagine unrolling your mat with the towering Himalayas as your backdrop—practicing yoga as prayer flags dance in the mountain breeze.

For me, this retreat is also deeply personal. Six years ago, I traveled to Nepal—the other side of Everest—and the experience profoundly shaped my teaching and practice. Returning to the Himalayas feels like a homecoming for my soul, a chance to reconnect with the inspiration of God’s art.

Traveling with a Pro

I’m honored to be co-leading this retreat with my dear friend and longtime collaborator, Beth Whitman, CEO of WanderTours. Beth has led thousands of women on transformative adventures around the globe, helping them discover new places, new perspectives, and new strength within themselves. Her expertise and heart make her the perfect partner for this journey.

Together, we are a perfect match—bringing yoga, travel, and community together in one magical experience.
